DMCA Policy

Easy Chicken Fajitas respects the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and promptly address any alleged copyright infringements in accordance with the law. This policy outlines the procedures for submitting copyright infringement notifications and counter-notifications to Easy Chicken Fajitas.

Filing a DMCA Notice

DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on Easy Chicken Fajitas was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. To be effective, a counter-notification must be a written communication provided to our designated Copyright Agent that includes substantially the following:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled (e.g., URL(s)).
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the subscriber has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.

  • A physical or electronic signature of the subscriber.
